Satori is committed To diversity and inclusion
let's talk
Our approach to diversity and inclusion
As a global, multicultural organization, we are committed to supporting and celebrating our diverse customer base and team. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for all, without regard to race, religious creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin or ancestry, age, mental or physical disability (including medical condition), military or veteran status, political preference, marital status, citizenship, genetic information or other status protected by law or regulation. We are actively working towards promoting diversity in everything we do – from our client base and team environment to our programs and marketing initiatives. As we move forward in our determination, we strive to live with inclusion and respect through our culturally-sensitive interviewing process, the acknowledgement of our land base in the context of First-Nations and culturally-sensitive employee training.
Aboriginal Land Acknowledgement
Satori acknowledge that we live, work, play with gratitude on the unceded and ancestral lands of the Coast Salish people (the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking Nations of the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ) who continue to experience the impacts of colonialism to this day. In my role, I will do all that I can to ensure the systems I participate in are safe, equitable and inclusive to all. We respect the history, languages and cultures of the First Nations, Metis, Inuit and all First Peoples in the land now known as Canada. Our business partnerships and friendships with Indigenous peoples are an honour and a privilege, and we thank them for allowing us to work and learn together on their land.
